EAP – Gratitude

Evidence shows that gratitude has measurable benefits for just about every area of our lives. Gratitude appears to contribute substantially to our overall well-being. During this session, participants will learn:

  • what gratitude is
  • the science behind it
  • the benefits of gratitude

Participants will also learn how to incorporate gratitude into their lives with exercises.
