WRHA Unlocking Potential through the Winnipeg Health Region Capability Framework

In this two-hour virtual session participants will be introduced to the Winnipeg Health Region Capability Framework. This session is designed to empower leaders with a clear understanding of the framework, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute to building a culture of success across the organization.

• Describe the capabilities and behavioral descriptors critical for successful performance at all levels of the organization.
• Use the WHR Capability Framework to facilitate targeted development and assessment of key capabilities.
• Deliver feedback using a consistent and shared language to improve communication and alignment.
• Explain the importance of a Capability Framework in supporting consistent performance and growth.
• Explain the strategic value of a Capability Framework in fostering consistent performance and growth.
• Leverage available learning resources to support the development of desired behaviors and competencies.
