Case Checklists

The Case Checklist is a tool that can be used to facilitate the addition of patients to your surgical waitlist in SWIM Access to Care (ATC). The checklist highlights the service-specific data values that must be entered when creating a case, including the target days to surgery by priority and the corresponding Diagnosis Descriptions that can be referenced when determining the priority of a case on the waitlist.
