Getting ready for Accreditation using “Mini-Tracers”
As part of our ongoing quality improvement efforts and preparation for Accreditation, we are offering instructor-led virtual sessions on how to use Mini-Tracers—a key tool in identifying areas for improvement and readiness.
Mini-Tracers are modeled after the Tracer methodology used by Accreditation Canada surveyors to assess both clinical (direct care) and administrative (governance, leadership, management) processes during on-site visits.
These 90-minute sessions will provide a practical overview of how to lead a Mini-Tracer in your area.
Who should attend:
Directors, Managers, or staff from all Health Authorities who may be involved in leading Mini-Tracers.
Session dates:
- April 28
- May 6
- May 8
Your participation will help ensure we are aligned and prepared as we continue building a culture of continuous quality improvement.
