EAP: Gender, Sexuality & Inclusion
Language and understanding around gender and sexuality is always changing and expanding. Whether your work involves interacting with clients, colleagues, or community partners, being prepared to engage with people representing a variety of identity expressions is essential to promoting respect, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Through exploring a range of concepts and topics including pronoun use, intersectionality, and allyship, participants will gain valuable insights into addressing biases, promoting understanding, and creating a workplace culture where all individuals feel valued and supported. This session is facilitated by a Queer, Nonbinary practitioner with a Masters in Social Work.
