Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT)

This guideline provides guidance, information and a standardized process for health care professionals in emergency departments (ED), urgent care (UC), intensive care units (ICU) and inpatient units to identify and manage patients with Intermediate Risk (submassive) or High Risk (massive) Pulmonary Embolism (PE) and consulting of Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT).
