Creating a Leadership Development Plan
This two-hour, live, virtual session, connects to the Grow Careers segment of the Performance Development model and contributes to an organizational culture of learning. After this session, leaders will be able to:
- Describe the key components of performance development,
- Use the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework to articulate leadership capabilities and behaviours,
- Explain the importance of a leadership development plan,
- Complete the leadership development plan template, and
- Identify learning activities and resources to develop leadership capabilities.

- Friday, June 21st from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
- Monday, June 24th from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
- Wednesday, June 26th from 9:00 – 11:00 am.
