Project ECHO – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Skills
June 2 – 30 (Held every Monday)
Due to overwhelming demand for our previous CBT Skills ECHO series, we are excited to announce that registration is now open for another cycle of our CBT Skills ECHO series, scheduled to begin on June 2, 2025. Sessions will be from 12 – 1:30 p.m., are done via ZOOM, and are free to attend. Registration closes May 29.
This course is open to people working in Manitoba in healthcare who want to integrate CBT principles and strategies into their practice. This will serve as an introduction to CBT, providing a foundation of knowledge that can be built upon. Note: This training does not provide certification in CBT.

Project ECHO – ADHD and Autism in Adults
May 16 to June 27 (Held every other Friday)
We are currently hosting an ECHO on ADHD and Autism in Adults with the help of Dr. Antonio Paletta and Dr. Erin Johns speaking on ADHD, and Dr. Robin Westmacott speaking on Autism. This aims to provide education centered towards primary care providers concerning use of assessment tools, understanding the common presentations, understanding resource options available to patients, when to pursue a formal diagnosis with external consultation, knowing treatment modalities that fall within primary care scope of practice, and how to approach information spread via social media. The ECHO takes place over 8 weeks starting on May 16, with four sessions bi-weekly from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ECHO Mental Health and Addictions Manitoba has been accredited by RCSPC, and this activity has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Manitoba Chapter for up to eight Mainpro+® Certified Activity credits.

- Autism in Adults: Presentation and Management
