Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba – Building Reflective Supervisory Practice

Sept. 18 – Oct. 20, 2026 (bi-weekly Fridays) from 12 – 1:30 p.m. CST

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba will be hosting our new ECHO on Building Reflective Supervisory Practice. This four-session course is open to clinical supervisors and those in similar roles to improve their clinical reflective supervision skills. This course strengthens supervisors’ ability to integrate reflective practices into their approach and build skills rooted in in reflection, curiosity, and relationship-centered conversations to support supervisee growth. The course runs from Sept. 18 – Oct. 30, 2026 bi-weekly, from 12 – 1:30 p.m. on Fridays. Registration is currently open and closes September 13 at midnight!

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba – Child & Adolescent ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)

Oct. 16 – Dec. 4, 2026 (each Friday) from 12 – 1:30 p.m. CST

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba is excited to announce that we will be holding our 4th cycle of our Child & Adolescent ADHD ECHO! This 8-week interactive program is open to healthcare professionals working with children and adolescents with ADHD seeking to improve their medical understanding and behavioural skills through a neuro-affirmative lens while collaborating with other professionals. The program is scheduled from October 16 to December 4, 2026 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. each Friday. Registration opens July 10, 2026 and closes Oct. 7 at midnight. Spaces are limited. Please inform us if you would want to be placed on the waitlist through the method outlined.

Participants that register are strongly encouraged to bring a short case for discussion with this community. Project ECHO utilizes case based learning, and requires registrants to participate in sessions. Registrants are encouraged to attend all sessions and inform Project ECHO MH&A if unable.

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Informed Care

Oct. 19 – Nov. 23, 2026 (each Monday) from 12 – 1:30 p.m. CST

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba will be holding our 4th cycle of CBT Informed Care, back by (very) popular demand. This 6-week interactive program is open to front-line healthcare workers who want to integrate CBT principles and strategies into their practice to encourage change in their patient’s behaviour and improve outcomes. This will serve as an introduction to CBT, providing a foundation of knowledge that can be built upon. This program is scheduled from Oct. 19 to Nov. 23, 2026 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. each Monday. Note: This training does not provide certification in CBT.

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba – Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Addressing Behaviours of Concern (BoC)

Nov. 3 – Dec. 8, 2026 (each Tuesday) from 11:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. CST

Project ECHO MH&A Manitoba, in collaboration with our Shared Health BRaCT (Behaviour Resource and Consultation Team) team, will be holding our 2nd cycle of our PBS and Addressing BoC ECHO. This 6-week interactive program is open to healthcare workers interacting with clients showing BoC. This course will provide foundational knowledge that will facilitate the development of skills for effectively managing and treating behaviours of concern. The program is scheduled from Nov. 3 to Dec. 8, 2026 from 11:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. each Tuesday. Registration is currently open and closes Oct. 27 at midnight. Spaces are limited. Participants are encouraged to take the BRaCT LMS course “What You May Not Know About Behaviours of Concern”, as it provides a foundational base of knowledge for this ECHO.
