Ways to Wellbeing at Work

The Mental Health Program is pleased to offer this upcoming session, open to all staff: “Ways to Wellbeing at Work”.

1:00pm to 2:00pm (virtual session using zoom platform)
Facilitators: Karen Lynn Kyliuk and Donna Wiltshire

Session Synopsis: This interactive and experiential session will explore the 6 Ways to Wellbeing giving participants the opportunity to try out some strategies to support their wellbeing. Participants will later receive an electronic Wellbeing Toolkit with links to additional exercises and wellness strategies to use as an individual or with their teams in the workplace.
