LEADS based Change Leadership (2 days)

Thursday, January 11th from 8:30 – 4:00 pm (Part 1)   &   Wednesday, February 14th from 8:30 – 12:00 pm. (Part 2)

This course will help build participant’s capability to lead change using “The LEADS in a Caring Environment framework”. This experiential course offers the combination of self-directed learning, facilitator led training and group discussion.

Prerequisites:  
  1. Completing the online course “Introduction to LEADS in a Caring Environment” (60 mins)
  2. Identify a work situation that will require you to lead a change of system, process, service and/or behaviour and complete this leadership reflection form. (20 minutes)
  3. Complete the LEADS based Self-Assessment form. (20 minutes)

Registration for all these workshops is through the LMS.
