Does research support, or place a burden on, your organization? It’s time to talk about our relationship with research

The purpose of this workshop is to support organizations in making decisions about the investments they make in research activities. Research can bring a number of benefits: however inappropriate requests and actions can cost the organization time, money, and frustration. Based on the recently released guidebook “It’s time to talk about our relationship with research”, the workshop will outline key issues for organizations to consider as they plan their research involvement; highlight useful tools to support decision-making; and discuss strategies for protecting their organization from inappropriate requests.
