Creating a Leadership Development Plan

This two-hour, live, virtual session, connects to the Grow Careers segment of the Performance Development model and contributes to an organizational culture of learning. After this session, leaders will be able to:

• Describe the key components of performance development,
• Use the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework to articulate leadership capabilities and behaviours,
• Explain the importance of a leadership development plan,
• Complete the leadership development plan template, and
• Identify learning activities and resources to develop leadership capabilities.
