Hello, I am Tessa Casilan, Administrative Assistant supporting the Executive Director of the Provincial Wellbeing Team. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Philippines and a Human Resources Management diploma from Red River College. I have over 10 years of HR experience focusing on recruitment, selection, and employee promotion, as well as 10 years of combined administrative experience supporting CEOs, Directors, Assistant Directors, and Managers in healthcare and educational settings.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to organizing and structuring my work to promote efficiency and ensure smooth operations within the team. My extensive experience has sharpened my skills and enabled me to deliver accurate, timely service to my employer, which remains my primary goal.
