Shantelle Rank

Wellbeing Leader, Shared Health
Hello, I am Shantelle Rank. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing and over 15 years of experience supporting mental health and well-being in community settings.
I have extensive experience as a Community Mental Health Worker across various programs, including Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Employability Assistance, Intensive Case Management, Child and Family Service Mental Health Worker in the Community Addiction Response Team, and the adult program. I am also part of the Critical Incident Stress Response Team in the Prairie Mountain Region, where I provide debriefings, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), crisis interventions such as defusing and debriefing, and post-crisis support.
I have certifications in Compassionate Inquiry and Beyond Addiction with Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam. I also trained in Trauma and Somatics, with over 300 hours of trauma-informed yoga teacher training across the lifespan.
I am rooted in my Métis heritage, raised near Ste. Rose du Lac, and find connection through ceremony, birdwatching, and spending time on the land with my family.
