Polina is instrumental to, not only the HR department, but HSC as a whole. She is dedicated to enhancing patient care through her role within HR. She is dedicated to the team and will do whatever she can to assist. She often starts work at 6 am and is available on evenings and weekends for anything urgent. You don’t need to have the title of “leader” to be a leader, and this is indicative of Polina. All of our team looks up to her due to uncompromising work ethic, computer savvy and the care and concern she shows to our whole team. We are lucky to have her. She consistently demonstrates her commitment and dedication to our team, hospital, and, by extension – our community.
