Melanie is a definite asset to our department she is organized, helpful, always learning and shows up daily with a smile on her face ready to do not only her job, anything that is required of her. “That’s not my job” those words do not exist for Melanie. She is not afraid to ask questions, able to put things in perspective and a wonderful team player. An example that comes to mind that demonstrates how Melanie went above and beyond is: There was a turnover within the department and Melanie was tasked with learning and using the SAP Ordering Management System, Mel utilized her resources to learn this program in a quick time frame, she created a distribution system within our department which we continue to use today as it’s a great addition to our daily processes.
