Lianne has been up for any challenge she has been given during her time at Pan Am Clinic. From an Administrative support star, to Executive Assistant, to Administrative Coordinator. She is not afraid of work, and follows through to ensure it is done well. Most recently, Lianne has taken on the role of Pan Am Culture club leader. She and the other staff members of this group have been coming up with new and special ways to foster overall clinic engagement and socialization. We(any staff member) were provided the opportunity this January to attend a Jets game as a group. High praise from all 220 who attended that game! We have had support animals on site to visit with during our lunch hours. Lianne is helping to organize more events throughout the entire summer for us(surprises at this point so I cannot reveal them here), all while doing her normal workload; all with a smile and a laugh. In this age of dying volunteerism, we are so fortunate to have Lianne take this on for us. Pan Am has always been known for its positive culture, and Lianne is a role model for how to care about positive culture, and staff appreciation at work. Thank you for all you do for us Lianne.
