Kim is one of the most helpful, organized and motivated admin staff I’ve ever worked with. She takes on every task with a sense of humour and positive approach. Kim is often covering 2 or more (up to 4) desks and has an enormous workload, but has gone out of her way to create strategies to keep our department organized and accessible for all the staff she supports. The responsibilities in her role have multiplied over the past months, and her experience and expertise have been invaluable in keeping our team on track and able to serve our clients to the best of our abilities.
