Jessica Morgan

Wellbeing Leader, Shared Health
Hi, I’m Jess Morgan, the Wellbeing Leader for Emergency Response Services (ERS). I hold a Master’s degree in Education and spent 6 years teaching in high schools and post-secondary institutions in Ontario and abroad. I later trained as a Primary Care Paramedic and spent 12 years in Emergency Medical Services, first as a Paramedic and later a Quality Officer.
I’ve long been passionate about advocating for systemic changes that support not only our frontline teams but also the leaders who guide them. As Chair of the ERS Wellness Committee, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the diverse and complex needs within our workplaces.
In my current role, I’m focused on developing sustainable and equitable wellbeing resources and initiatives that strengthen and empower our ERS staff—supporting personal growth, professional resilience, and a culture of care across the system.
