Jess Morgan

Wellbeing Leader, Shared Health
Hi, I’m Jess Morgan, the Wellbeing Leader for Shared Health Emergency Response Services (ERS).
My career has always been centered on helping others learn, grow, and navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Before joining the Shared Health Wellbeing Team, I spent six years as a teacher and twelve years in Emergency Medical Services as a Primary Care Paramedic and later as a Quality Officer. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the dedication, compassion, and humanity of the people who serve across healthcare and within emergency response services.
I believe wellbeing is something we build together through compassion, trauma-informed leadership, healthy workplace cultures, access to resources and education, and genuine human connection. In my role, I develop practical, accessible, and meaningful wellbeing support through education, peer support, critical incident stress response, leadership consultation, and wellbeing initiatives. My goal is to help build workplaces where people feel safe, supported, and confident in accessing help when they need it.
It is a privilege to support the wellbeing of the incredible people in ERS and to contribute to a healthier, more connected Shared Health community.
