As the system support coordinator Jane Hudec is responsible for the coordination and planning for all non clinical systems. She is responsible during times of staff shortages, to connect with our part time and casual staff. She is responsible for the equipment and supplies that we require and also responsible for all aspects of safety within our department. Jane is the cornerstone to an effective and well run department. our clinical services would be greatly impacted if one of our systems was missing an important component, i.e: staffing, supplies or safety updates. Jane organizes in advance and predict possible issues before they happen. Prior to vacation breaks Jane plans ahead for every eventuality, then enables our staff to continue working within a flawless service. during Covid, Jane created a seamless environment for all staff to ensure that all areas they settled into we safe, close to PPEs and the correct PPEs were provided to the staff. Our department has 130+ staff and large number of unique requirements that Jane helps to maintain. Rehab Services functions effectively within St B due to the significant efforts made by Jane Hudec on a daily basis.
