I would like to nominate her because, since I started my Gradual Return to Work (GRTW), she has been incredibly supportive. She has taken the time to coach me through procedures, redirect me to the appropriate resource links, and even review all my timekeeping. What stands out most is that she has done all of this even though she is not officially my lead. She’s the kind of person who extends her help quietly and genuinely, without expecting recognition and I believe she truly deserves it.
