Betty Conner has been dedicated to the Manitoba Renal Program for over 20 years (if I recall correctly). I am nominating Betty because she truly deserves recognition for her unwavering commitment and hard work. As a mentor, she played a crucial role in training me during the initial weeks of my recent employment. Betty is always willing to offer her time and support to others, showcasing her exceptional qualities. With her retirement on the horizon, I wish her nothing but the best. Her contributions will be greatly missed, and her successor will undoubtedly have big shoes to fill!
