Francophone Health is proud to offer French-language proficiency assessments free of charge for all eligible designated bilingual and Francophone Health Authorities in Manitoba’s health care sector.

As a reminder, a grade of B2 or higher (C1, C2) on the CEFR scale is considered proficient and suitable for most designated bilingual positions. It is the responsibility of the hiring manager/HR consultant to provide the results to their health and human resources representative/department to proceed with the hiring process.
