Engagement activities often invite powerful personal stories, but how do we ensure we’re also gathering the lived experiences need to inform research, planning, and quality improvement?
This interactive session will explore how to frame and sequence questions to spark meaningful dialogue. Participants will learn practical techniques to distinguish between personal stories and experiential insight, and to adapt questions for different engagement contexts, from advisory groups to co-design sessions.
