Manitoba Opioid Support & Treatment (MOST) Program
MOST (formerly the Methadone Intervention and Needle Exchange – M.I.N.E.) was the first public Opiod Agonist Treatment (OAT) program in Manitoba and continues to provide short and long-term care for individuals experiencing opioid use disorder. Since the rise of the national opioid crisis, MOST continues to adapt to the changing landscape of service needs and demands. This session will explain the MOST program and discuss the new and important initiatives taking place. Presenters: Victoria Oake and Nathan Gerbrandt.
