All Voices for Safer Care: Patient Partners in Conversation
Join us for a Canadian Patient Safety Week panel featuring diverse patient partners who will share their experiences and insights on what safer care means. Together, we’ll explore barriers to speaking up, practical ways to co-create safer care, and how amplifying all voices leads to more inclusive, responsive health systems.
