Love, Anger and Leadership

In this talk, Dr. Anderson will invite participants to centre local Anishinaabe teachings of love in their leadership practice while unpacking the stereotypes that undermine Indigenous, Black, and Brown women in health systems. She’ll also explore the vital roles of love and anger in leading anti-racist and justice-driven change in health care and health education.

This event is in-person only and will be held at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights—Manitoba Teachers’ Society Classrooms.
