Every registration includes:

• Coffee and continental breakfast during registration
• Refreshments at morning break
• Hot buffet lunch
• Refreshments at afternoon break
• Electronic copies of speaker presentations (when available)

ATTENTION IPAC MB MEMBERS: To receive the members-only discounted conference rate, please register for the “Full Conference” and enter the discount code when prompted during registration. The discount will be applied at the checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

ATTENTION STUDENTS: To receive the student conference rate, please contact Jennifer Regier at [email protected] and request a discount code (you will need to provide valid student ID).  Once you receive this discount code, please register for the “Full Conference” and enter the discount code when prompted during registration. The discount will be applied at the checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Please note that discount codes cannot be combined (i.e., you cannot use both the student discount code and the IPAC MB Member discount code for the same registration).

Cancellations/Refunds: No refunds for cancellations will be accepted past May 29, 2026 except if you are feeling sick on the day of the conference.  If you are feeling sick, please stay home and email [email protected] before June 7, 2026 for a full refund.
