Getting ready for Accreditation using “Mini-Tracers”
Getting Ready for Accreditation with Mini-Tracers
Join us for a 90-minute, instructor-led virtual session designed to help your team prepare for Accreditation using Mini-Tracers.
A Tracer is the method Accreditation Canada surveyors use during on-site visits to evaluate organizations against accreditation standards. By following the journey of a patient or process, surveyors ask questions and make observations to determine whether standards are being met.
This session will provide a practical overview of how Mini-Tracers can be used internally to strengthen readiness and ensure alignment with accreditation requirements.
Target Audience: Directors, Managers, and staff from all Health Authorities who may lead or participate in Mini-Tracers
Session Date:
Thursday, January 29, 2026 (1:00-2:30)
