FOURTH ANNUAL HEALTH CARE ETHICS WORKSHOP Dignity of Risk: Honouring Choices, Values & Independence

 Finding a balance between dignity of risk and a duty to care can be at times morally challenging for health care teams. Each of us has a responsibility to prevent harm to individuals under our care while respecting their right to make decisions and take risks. This full-day hybrid workshop will explore how we discern dignity of risk while respecting and honouring the choices, values and independence of patients, residents and clients under our care.

 The workshop is open to all health care providers. Members of the public are also welcome to attend.
